Preparation and eating
Ripe mango
1. Carve the flesh lengthwise on both sides, keeping the knife as close as possible to the seed.
2. Chop into squares.
3. Eat with a fork 
Usage : - Eaten fresh and frozen.
- Make juice, jam and sauce.
- Added in fruit salad and desserts. 
Storage : 2-3 weeks at 10-15°C, 85-90% RH

Our VHT system helps to ensure that your customers have a healthy choice when they buy fruit. Vapor teat treatment is very environmentally friendly process of sterilization which is much safer than the use of insecticides and other synthetic chemcials.

When exporting tropical fresh fruits, such as Mango and Mangosteen, the fruit needs to go through strict plant quarantine inspections in the importing country to ensure that quarantine pests such as eggs and larvae of Melon files and oriental fruit flies (which originate in tropical regions) and are present in fruits grown in these regions are sterilised and incapable of growing and multiplying in the importing country.

Vapor Heat Treatment is perfect method for such a treatment and the process complies with strictest international standards. The Vapor Heat Treatment System achieves this objective with the use of hot saturated water vapor, and without the use of any chemicals. At the same time, during the process, the temperature and humidity are meticulously controlled so that the fruit is not damaged and freshness naturally preserved. The Vapor Heat Treatment System is a safe way to treat fruit so that it passes the quarantine by customs inspection and DOA, enabling the fruit such as Mango and Mangosteen to be exported from Thailand to Japan & Korea.
